( not only for boys, but girls as well, which is good, because I am a girl, and obviously if scouts was for boys I would have to dress up as a boy and call my self Harry )
Hello, I, as a fellow explorer of the fantastically tropical country of Wales will show you the fun and exciting things we get up to in the explorer activities and meet-ups. There are many highs ( eating, camping, sleeping, seeing friends, learning ) and NO lows in the scouting journey( unless you count the inspections in our tents on the camp outs which more than half of the time are covered in sweets, mud and soggy socks as a LOW) The leaders are all great although sometimes slightly mad but that's alright because us explorers are just as ( or maybe even more) mad so we all balance each other out. We get up to some wonderful things and I can truly say that scouts is a big part in my life and always will be, and I'm sure if you asked the others they would agree.
SO TO MOVE ON AND AVOID CHEESYNESS
Here are some pictures of what we explorers got up to in our last EXPLORERS EXPEDITION !
The walk ALLLLLL the way up a huge hill to get to they youth hostel
Successful dinner at the hostel cooked by Richard, Conor and I ( if i remember correctly..)
Almost at the hostel!
Richard being Richard...
The boring part
Speed walking around Cardigan with HUGE camp bags to catch the bus. All of us were 5p short but luckily the bus driver let us get on anyway!
Explorers is a great organisation because you can make new friends, meet up with old ones and have LOTS OF FUN.
Thank you and Goodnight xx
